Welcome to Everlasting Bloom! By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Shipping and Delivery

Everlasting Bloom shall not be held liable for orders shipped to an incorrect mailing address. If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by the client, the client will be charged both return fees and new shipping charges.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. Although we take every precaution, unforeseen damage can happen. If any issues arise with your flowers upon arrival, we’ll keep you informed and do our best to work with the condition of your blooms.

We also understand that shipping costs can be high, which is why we offer a discounted return label to help you save. However, we are not responsible for any shipping charges if you choose not to use our return label. If our return label is not used, or if you do not follow our specific packaging instructions, your project may be placed on hold until any additional fees are covered.

If you use the drying sand, flowers become more brittle and should be carefully packaged for shipping. We cannot control how your flowers are handled during transit and cannot guarantee the condition or outcome of your flowers upon arrival. We’ll do everything we can to preserve your memories, but please understand that the final result may vary based on how the flowers are dried and shipped.

Artistic Decisions and Expectations

The client acknowledges that they have spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing Everlasting Bloom’s work and has a reasonable expectation that Everlasting Bloom will perform services in a similar manner and style unless otherwise specified in this Agreement. If the client is dissatisfied with Everlasting Bloom’s artistic decisions, this shall not be considered a valid reason for the return of any payments or products.

Preservation Process and Limitations

Our molds have size limitations regarding the flowers that can be used. For example, coasters and ring holders can only fit small or flat flowers due to the shape and depth of the pieces. Everlasting Bloom Co. is not required to return any payments if the flowers provided are too large for the selected preservation pieces. Clients may, however, choose new pieces to use their flowers in.

Everlasting Bloom Co. is not obligated to return any payments if the client does not provide enough flowers to meet the number of preservation pieces ordered.

Bubbles and Resin Issues

While Everlasting Bloom Co. strives for crystal-clear results and will do everything possible to minimize bubbles, we are not responsible for any bubbles that remain in the finished product.

Leftover Flowers and Flawed Blooms

We will not ship back any leftover flowers. Only finished preservation pieces will be returned to the client.

Everlasting Bloom is not responsible for any mold, rot, or hairs that may appear in flowers sent by the client, particularly those dried in advance. We are also not responsible for any changes in flowers during the drying, pressing, and preservation process, including color changes, bruises, translucent spots, or flower shifting within the resin.

Refunds and Cancellations

Only orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will receive a 100% refund.

After the 24 hour period, you may cancel your preservation anytime before shipping your flowers for a 50% refund. Once we have received your flowers, no refunds will be available.

Gift Cards: All gift cards purchased are non-refundable.

Personalized and Custom Items: Personalized or custom items are sold on an "as-is" basis and are not eligible for return or refund.

Bloom Box: All Bloom Boxes purchased are final sale and non-refundable. 

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule the arrival date of their flowers at any time without incurring extra fees. Clients may use their payment as a credit for any date in the future.

Photography and Use of Images

The client understands that Everlasting Bloom reserves the right to photograph all products made through our services for use on social media platforms and in advertisements without limitation from the client.

Liability and Claims

Everlasting Bloom Co. is not responsible or liable for any injuries sustained in relation to any product purchased or created.

Any claims for damage must be made in writing to Everlasting Bloom Co. within thirty (30) days of receiving the product. Failure to submit a claim within this timeframe will be deemed a waiver of the claim.

Natural Changes in Flowers and Resin

The client acknowledges that flowers may undergo changes during the drying, pressing, and preservation process. This may include color shifts, bruises, translucent spots, and some amount of bubbling in the resin. Flowers may also shift within the resin.

Pre-Dried Flowers: If the client sends flowers that were dried in advance, Everlasting Bloom is not responsible for any mold, rot, or visible damage that may appear during the preservation process.

Refusal of Damaged Flowers: Everlasting Bloom reserves the right to refuse to preserve any flowers that arrive damaged or wilted, where we believe preservation attempts would not be successful. In such cases, we are not responsible for returning the damaged flowers. If your flowers are unfit for preservation you will be offered a 50% refund OR you may send new flowers for preservation.

Resin Yellowing: Over time, resin can naturally yellow or amber, even under the best storage conditions. Everlasting Bloom assumes no liability for this natural process.
