Before You Purchase

When should I purchase my preservation order?

We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible to ensure everything is set for your reservation. However, if you're in a time crunch, no worries—just make sure to place your order before sending your flowers so we know to expect them. We accept orders year-round, so you can reach out whenever you're ready!

Do you accept last-minute orders?

Absolutely! You can place your order anytime before sending your flowers. Just be sure to overnight them to us, and we’ll get started on drying them right away. Please note, last-minute reservations may have a slightly longer turnaround time depending on our current workload, but don't worry—we'll keep you in the loop with updates along the way!

This seems expensive, do you offer financing?

We know our prices may seem high, so we've done everything we can to keep costs down four our customers!

  • We offer interest free financing through ShopPay to help with larger orders.
  • We have partnered with FedEx to provide discounted overnight shipping rates for our Bloom Box.
  • We have sourced all necessary shipping products for our Bloom box to make the shipping process as cheap and easy as possible!
  • We provide free shipping on all orders!

While we try to keep the price of our products as low as we can, we know the process can add up. We hope to provide our customers with an affordable yet exclusive service to preserve your special moments for a lifetime!

Shipping Your Blooms

When should I ship my flowers?

We recommend sending your flowers as soon as possible after your event. Overnight shipping is the best option, but if necessary, a 1-3 day service will also work. While we can’t guarantee the condition of your flowers upon arrival, we’ll make every effort to preserve as many as possible!

Do not ship your flowers to us Thursday or Friday. We are closed Saturday-Sunday and will not be here to accept them.

How can I keep my flowers as fresh as possible before shipping?

To help keep your flowers fresh, make sure they stay in water as much as possible during the day of your event. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Avoid touching the petals as much as you can as that can lead to bruising once they are in the resin. Also, while it might be tempting, avoid placing them in the fridge, as it can encourage mold. Just keep them cool and hydrated, and they’ll be in great shape for shipping!

How should I ship my flowers to you?

We understand that shipping fresh flowers is a delicate and expensive process, and it requires extra care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. To make this process as easy and stress-free as possible for you, we’ve created the Bloom Box —a complete kit designed to securely pack and ship your precious flowers to us. This kit includes everything you need: shipping materials, a prepaid shipping label, and easy-to-follow instructions to guide you through the process.

We know that overnight shipping can be costly, which is why we’ve partnered with trusted carriers to offer our customers discounted shipping rates, helping to keep your Bloom Box lower.

Alternatively, if you’d like to take a more hands-on approach, we offer Silica Drying Sand that allows you to preserve your flowers yourself at home. Drying the flowers first gives you the opportunity to preserve them in their freshest state, and because dried flowers are smaller and lighter, you can save on shipping costs and packaging.

If you prefer this option, we’ve provided detailed instructions [here] to help you determine if this method is the best fit for you.

Lastly, for those who live in or around the St. Louis area, we offer a local drop-off option. This is by far the most affordable and safest method, as your flowers are kept fresh in water and handed directly to us—no packaging or shipping involved.

Our address is 1 Lincoln Way, Saint Louis, MO 63120. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm.

We’re here to make this process as easy as possible for you, so feel free to reach out with any questions or if you'd like assistance along the way!

Do you work with old or air-dried flowers?

Yes, we do! If you think your flowers will hold up well during shipping, we’re more than happy to preserve them for you. Just pack them carefully following our dried shipping instructions, and we’ll take it from there!

The Preservation Process

How long does the process take?

We typically ask for 4-6 weeks to complete the preservation process. This allows us to give your project the careful attention it deserves. We will also provide updates along the way!

When will I receive updates on my order?

You’ll receive an email from us when we’ve received your flowers, when we begin the casting process, and when your order is on its way to you. Of course, if you have any questions or concerns at any point in between, feel free to reach out to us anytime—we’re happy to help!

Will my flowers change color during this process?

We do our best to preserve the natural beauty of your flowers throughout the drying and casting process. However, please note that they will naturally darken and lose some of their vibrancy as they dry. This is an unavoidable part of working with delicate, fresh flowers, and can result in some color changes and spots. We believe this only adds to the uniqueness of each piece, telling the true story of the memories you're preserving.

Receiving Your Product

Will my resin piece turn yellow over time?

It’s natural for resin products to develop an amber hue over time. However, our resin is specially formulated with Petal-Safe™ technology to help slow down this process and keep your piece looking beautiful for as long as possible. To help preserve its appearance, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight, as it can accelerate the ambering process.
