Although we take every precaution, unforeseen damage can happen. If any issues arise with your flowers upon arrival, we’ll keep you informed and do our best to work with the condition of your blooms.
We also understand that shipping costs can be high, which is why we offer a discounted return label to help you save. However, we are not responsible for any shipping charges if you choose not to use our return label. If our return label is not used, or if you do not follow our specific packaging instructions, your project may be placed on hold until any additional fees are covered.
